I came to know about Galvanize through our College Seminar. Online Courses and personalized services attracted me to enroll with Galvanize. A representative from Galvanize had come to my University during my 2nd/3rd year, and I attended their seminar about GRE and MS Admissions. I was particularly impressed with their online platform and resources for GRE Prep. Since my week was filled with classes and college-related work, I preferred preparing for the GRE online and the fact that I could set my deadlines and follow a reasonable timetable.
It started with filling out an extensive Google form from Galvanize that was pretty tough. Based on my responses and my choices of countries, I got a nice list of shortlisted Universities focusing on Biotechnology. These Universities were divided into ambitious, practical, and safe. I was also provided with each University's research area, finances, admission requirements, and so on, which was quite thorough. I had to pick 6 Universities to apply and I picked four Universities in the US and two in the Netherlands.
The Google form that I filled out for shortlisting Universities helped me gather my thoughts regarding writing a statement of process. Based on the answers that I'd written for the form, I wrote a rough draft of my SOP then it was edited by Galvanize editors around three or four times, and I found those edits improved my SOP by a lot and made it more formal, yet individualized. The basic final draft of the SOP was ready and was edited for each University, with university-specific inputs like professors I'd like to work with since I was interested in research, curriculum, infrastructure, and so on.
The admission Counselors were helpful and supportive with good feedback. I had to make an early admission deadline for a particular University, and they were very understanding about it and helped me make it. Editors were prompt with the SOP iterations and always responded to all my questions regarding GRE/TOEFL examinations, applications, visa related queries. I had a bunch of visa-related questions, and I remember feeling lost about the whole process, but Galvanize helped me out with all kinds of questions and made sure they got me back on track. The resources they provided for the entire visa process, including the documentation and help with filling out forms were incredibly helpful. For applications, they helped me with sending emails to professors regarding research opportunities. I was very much satisfied with my experience with Galvanize. As mentioned, they were helpful at each stage of my admission process till obtaining my visa, especially during the time of the pandemic. Galvanize helped me out with all my questions, provided good feedback and input, and overall was very kind and supportive.
I had opted for GRE coaching services with Galvanize first and then opted for the admission counseling services as well. My experience with Galvanize concerning the GRE was really good. The resources are very well-researched and easy to understand, especially for the verbal component of the examination. The essays and the questions were quite tough but helped me prepare well. I had five mock tests, for which I got personalized feedback for all, which was helpful. The study material and questions for Quants were helpful as well. I enjoyed answering Quant's questions since I like Math. Also, I downloaded the Galvanize vocabulary app to improve my vocabulary which was very useful while attending the Verbal section of GRE. Analytical writing material and questions were quite informative. I enjoyed my experience with Galvanize, concerning GRE prep, in terms of the user interface, feedback, resources, material, and so on.
Start early. It's always good to start early with your admissions because it is an elaborate process and you will have a lot of items in your checklist to strike off for each university. Apply to as many universities as possible, since the admission criteria for each University will be different and you might end up getting accepted to a University you never thought of. Make sure your SOP is good and strong, a really good SOP takes your application a long way when compared to your grades. Also ensure that your SOP reflects well on your experiences, your interests, why you are choosing a particular University, and how your University will help you with your goals. Try not to get too disheartened by rejections, it's part of the process, acceptance will come your way too! The entire MS admission process from shortlisting to getting your visa will be hectic and overwhelming, but you will get through it.
Ask for help, and get your SOP reviewed. For the GRE, please work on your vocabulary, that helps. Practicing questions, reading long passages, and summarising will help in the actual test. Because the GRE is a 3-4 hour exam and requires focus and concentration to be able to sit and take the exam, reading long passages will help you with your Verbal component. Do not take your mock tests lightly, they help you adapt to a GRE-like environment and also tell you where exactly you stand. When you start working on a particular topic, while studying and taking quizzes, you might score well. But taking a mock test will tell you what exactly your strengths and weaknesses are, as a whole.
Good luck with everything!

I have always aspired to pursue a higher degree and settle in the US. My decision to join Galvanize was influenced by their assurance of support throughout the entire university application process.
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), a field I chose out of pure interest, and it has been a wonderful experience so far. I aim to study at one of the top universities in the US or Canada and am flexible in this regard. I am interested in institutions known for their history of nurturing good students. With this in mind, I plan to apply to Georgia Tech or the University of Southern California (USC) in Canada.
To everyone hearing this message, do not underestimate the GRE. It is not as simple as some might suggest, nor is it merely about the subject content you are learning. It requires consistent preparation; otherwise, organizers would not design a test for international competition to be as straightforward as you might think. Start your preparations early and have a clear plan. Initially, it's crucial to identify your strengths and weaknesses through a diagnostic test.
From my experience, I was an average student who could grasp concepts, but joining Galvanize significantly enhanced my score, especially on my first attempt. I recommend online programs like Galvanize, which offer superior classroom training for those who cannot prepare for the GRE on their own. Adherence to the study plan and dedicating a significant amount of time to preparation are essential.
Do not underestimate the effort required for GRE preparation. Work consistently and follow the advice of your Course Managers, as they often understand your needs better than you might realize.

My ambition is to work in Renaissance Technologies with American hedge fund firms that employ Maths and Stat PhDs for Quantitative Modeling. With this aspiration, I intend to take a master’s at an American university and later proceed with my Ph.D.
Galvanize did a pretty good job in helping me with my GRE prep. They covered all the question types in the verbal section thoroughly and provided proper tips and techniques. I used to have a notion that the verbal section is purely based on vocabulary and not much thinking goes into it. They helped me change that notion and made me attend to each question logically and iteratively. Their exercises and tests helped me a lot.
Also, they had a decent amount of practice for the AWA part in which I was least confident. Their exercises and tests helped me improve a lot. I specifically like the personalized feedback regarding the AWA part which helped me analyze my strong and weak points.
The Mock tests were very useful and were fairly accurate in predicting the actual GRE scores. In every mock test, AWA was graded which helped me a lot in understanding where I stand. The preparation I made with Galvanize was fairly sufficient. So, I recommend Galvanize to all who have big dreams.

I wish to study abroad to learn about the latest technology trends and to avail the services of research facilities. I hope to start a business in India after a few years of experience abroad.
I came to know about Galvanize from some of my friends. They were satisfied with the service Galvanize provided. I checked the reviews online and talked with one of the employees at Galvanize and it seemed like a good platform to take my admission process forward with. I followed Galvanize Test Prep's plan which worked out pretty well for me. Galvanize has a lot of practice problems on its platform for both Quants and Verbal. But apart from a good enough GRE score, your overall profile is very important. SOP, Resume, and LORs need to be impactful, crisp, and engaging.
Writing SOP and LOR drafts is a tedious task and I needed help with it. So I took their Admissions Counseling service as well. Galvanize editors draft all of them for you and it's really helpful. Drafts for my SOP and LORs were well written.
The universities which were shortlisted for me were very well thought out based on my overall academic profile. They were categorized under Ambitious, Practical, and Safe based on the chances of my getting admitted into them. The documentation process is very easy to follow and Galvanize is always ready to help. Webinars and Live Video Conferences from counselors gave me all the basic information I needed. They make sure they answer all your queries. Counselors are very professional and helpful. I'm really happy that I chose to enroll in Admission Counseling.
I managed to secure admission from multiple universities in the US with the help of Galvanize. The website UI is also well-designed. College website links, and application deadlines are all mentioned on the front page which makes things easier to follow and navigate through.

I wish to go abroad and study to earn expertise in the field of semiconductor technology at world-class universities with the best research facilities. Studying in such universities will prepare me for entrepreneurship.
I first heard of the services provided by Galvanize through a webinar conducted by them at my college, IIT Roorkee. And I can vouch for Galvanize. I enrolled in the 90-day Verbal course and it helped me increase my Verbal score from 146 to 160. I got a total score of 326 on my GRE.
Galvanize provides a very efficient personalized study plan which is tailored according to the needs and expectations of every student. So anyone who has a busy schedule and wants to stay on track for GRE preparation should go for it. The customized study plan and admissions counseling were the deciding factors for me to choose Galvanize.
Some videos provide important tips to ace the GRE and the practice questions are at par with the level of the actual GRE. The RC questions on the GRE are very tricky and Galvanize has ample practice questions and video explanations to help deal with them. Apart from that, the instructors also help to clear doubts. The assessments track your performance and allow you to compare your accuracy with that of other learners. It has 5 full-length mock tests that prepare you for the strenuous 4 hours of the GRE. It also provides a detailed personalized feedback report for each mock test that helps to identify the areas that need to be worked upon.
The Galvanize Vocabulary app is the best vocabulary booster I have come across. The words are presented with their meanings, uses, and a picture that significantly aids in memory retention. Galvanize also has an app containing question banks that helps to practice questions on the go.

I learned about Galvanize GRE Test Prep through social media, Quora, and Google Search. I believe that pursuing postgraduate studies at a prestigious university abroad will not only provide avenues for upgrading my skills but also offer global exposure and a platform to interact with some of the brightest minds. This will allow me to explore world cultures, enhance my career opportunities through global networking, and gain insight into diverse perspectives.
I had decided to do my Masters in the UK and knew I had to score well in GRE and IELTS to get into a good University. I was looking for an online prep course and came across Galvanize. I enrolled for their GRE + IELTS 45 Days prep course. I feel it is one of the best training programs out there. Especially their videos, lectures, short assessments, and, more importantly, the 5 full-length mock tests. Their vocabulary App was really handy and helped me learn and master new words on the go. I am still using the app after my exam and plan to continue it to enhance my word power. I also had personal counselors who kept track of my progress and made personalized study plans based on my Diagnostic Test scores while answering all my doubts. I scored 319/340 ( V -153, Q - 166) in GRE. Their IELTS prep course is equally beneficial; it gave me a thorough practice of all kinds of LRW questions asked in the exam and 3 mock speaking tests.
It has indeed turned out to be one of the best career decisions for me since I am a full-time online coding instructor and had to manage my job and my studies together. Thank you, Team Galvanize.
If you are prepping for IELTS, then I would suggest you go for Galvanize Test Prep. They have a very comprehensive IELTS prep course of 15 days or 30 days, depending upon the time you have before your exam date. I took their 15-day crash course and started practicing questions and religiously following their daily timetable.
I would suggest you go with Galvanize for your study abroad preparations.

My husband referred Galvanize to me as he had taken his GRE after preparing with the help of Galvanize. The service and test prep application were really helpful and motivating. I was motivated to do better when I saw my score on the mock test. The tests helped me judge myself better. It was similar to the original test. The level of marking is also similar. Course materials from Galvanize were really good.
The SOP and LOR drafting service was also very hands-on and helpful. I felt like I had somebody whom I could go to whenever I had any doubts. That's a supportive aspect of Galvanize that I admire. Counselors and Course Managers gave a lot of moral support. The portal was user-friendly, and to see where I stand and judge myself. Out of 15 Universities to which I applied, I got 13 admits. I had a good experience with Galvanize and have already recommended Galvanize to a few of my friends.

I am fond of doing research on mechanical components and machines. As such I became interested in pursuing a PhD. Through a colleague, I came across Galvanize. I was a user of Galvanize app for GRE prep. I was impressed by the app, and hence, I decided to enroll in Admissions counseling too, which I found on Google.
I found the level of cooperation to be very good when it came to finding good things about the education offered at the universities. University shortlisting was a thorough and detailed process. SOP was drafted pretty well, the feedback was addressed swiftly too. I was impressed with the LOR drafts.
My admissions counselor has been helping me out for almost a year as I originally planned for the Fall intake but later changed to the next Spring intake. He was there to clarify my doubts and address all my queries. Didn’t matter if it was a week off or any festival, my counselor would make sure my queries were addressed properly. I’ve worked with 5-6 admissions counselors (outside Galvanize) for the past year and I can confidently say that my counselor at Galvanize is more competent, understanding, and friendlier than any of them. I could not have asked for better assistance.
In a globalized, well-connected world, employers are increasingly valuing graduates with international experience and education. Studying abroad will help me to learn new languages, appreciate other cultures, overcome the challenges of living in another country, and gain a greater understanding of the world.
My advice to fellow aspirants is that they start early with the applications, it gives you more options at the end and you wouldn’t have to panic at the last minute.

I am Madhurima Chatterjee, Since I used to work full-time, I barely had time to prepare for my GRE. I was left with about 3 months before my GRE and I did not study for the exam quite seriously until then. I was hunting for mobile apps that would help me with my quants and verbal and that is how I found the free Galvanize App. Soon after registering myself on that app, I received a call from the Galvanize team enquiring about my plans for my exam preparation. After having a long discussion with them, I decided to move ahead with the Galvanize services for admission.
There was a very long and detailed questionnaire provided to us on Google Forms, which took into consideration almost everything that should matter when considering universities. I remember taking 40-45 mins to finally finish it. The process was quite long. I answered all the questions with due diligence. Within a week, I received an update from the team and was quite satisfied with my university list, as it had most of the universities that I wanted to apply to.
Coming to the editorial support, the efforts that the writing team had put into each of my applications to handcraft them differently according to the university and its specialization was not something I would have had the skills or the motivation to do on my own. Due to their vast experience and insight from working with previous applicants, they have a very clear idea of what the universities are looking out for in particular.
Similar to the editorial services, the counseling team was very patient in dealing with my queries and had adequate knowledge of the required domains to provide me with support and advice. I had a great experience working with the entire team, and I am glad that I enrolled with Galvanize for my admissions process. It was one of the smartest and most economical decisions I ever made. The GRE test prep provided was very useful, the UI for the same is super innovative, and the periodic mock tests kept me on my toes. The intensity of the mocks is at par with the GRE level.

I was looking for an online platform for my GRE preparation. I installed the GRE vocabulary app by Galvanize, and I liked it very much. As such, I researched more about Galvanize and got some good reviews on Quora. I had listed down some other consultancies as well and went through their sites. After going through each one, I finally decided to join Galvanize.
I opted for their GRE Course, which proved to be extremely useful in increasing my score. My preparation for the GRE and TOEFL was really good, and I achieved the scores I aimed for. This gave me a lot of confidence in them, which is why I also chose to take their Admissions Counseling Services.
At first, Galvanize shortlisted 10 universities categorized as ambitious, practical, and safe. We had finalized six universities from this initial list. I received one admission early so I wanted to go to more ambitious universities. Galvanize provided me with 2-to 5 extra ambitious universities for applications, which was a game changer for me.
As we all know, SOP is a very essential part of the student's profile and Galvanize was instrumental in crafting my SOP based on my unique profile. The editors were very mindful of my expectations and thoughts and weaved the SOP accordingly. I would also like to point out that I received prompt responses to almost all my queries (mostly within a day).
Galvanize helped me prepare SOPs for 6 different universities. The support system was very good. We were added to a WhatsApp group, where we could post our doubts and questions. If there were a lot of questions to be asked, I would contact the counselors directly and get them resolved.
My overall experience with Galvanize was great. They provided me with insight and support in all aspects of my applications, which included profile evaluation, university selection, drafting SOPs for 6 different universities, arranging finances, and conducting the valuable mock VISA interview. It certainly catalyzed my study abroad journey where I wish to go to pursue my master's in ML/AI as the best courses offered in these subjects are in the USA.
If you want to pursue your desired program at your desired university, Galvanize will help you get there. I have also recommended Galvanize for my friend, because I trust their expertise and knowledge, having witnessed it firsthand.
Another tip, start planning your studies as early as possible.

My name is Sai, and I have done my B. Tech in IIT, Kurukshetra in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and right after my graduation, I started working. I didn't have any insight into pursuing higher studies. I was not aware of industry standards.
The job that I worked created that thirst in me to advance my studies. After a year, I developed my interest in this field, and I wanted to take it a step further. My parents also supported me. I started having conversations with my friends who were doing their M.S. at various universities.
While surfing through resources and materials, I came to know about Galvanize through one of the ads while searching. Within a day or two, the team from Galvanize contacted me and got to know my profile. I understood their GRE study plan. I was also a working professional, and I was not confident about GRE prep or higher studies. So, I needed some guidance as I didn't have enough confidence, and I was looking for training options.
If I had done the process on my own, It wouldn't have been so easy like this, especially with my job at hand. My parents and I had a conversation with the Galvanize team, and subsequently, I took the whole package of admissions and GRE because I needed help throughout the process.
I started with the university shortlisting with my counselor. The shortlisting was done based on my preferences, including budget and location. Then my editor did a great job in drafting my SOP and LOR. The questions for the LOR and SOP were perfect. I was delighted that all my documents were ready before the university deadlines. I was very much prepared, and I was very confident while applying. Galvanize helped me develop my documents with superior quality.
I found the app and the portal easy to navigate. In some cases, if I had a doubt, I commented, and the issue was resolved. The What's App group was so good. They gave me constant reminders to do my task, and I was advised to do the tasks that needed attention. I had good counseling on the analysis of the mock test.
If I had done all these procedures on my own, I would have faced a lot of obstacles. Galvanize has made this process easy for me.

Hi, my name is Sagufa. I graduated from Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad College University of Technology, West Bengal. I am currently working with Tata Consultancy Services in Kolkata. I wanted to pursue my master's in Computer Science, and I am very glad to have gotten an admission from the University of Texas, Arlington.
Even though I had given my GRE and my TOEFL exams, I was pretty confused about what to do next, what colleges to approach, and what their requirements were. So, one fine day I was talking to a friend of mine, and she suggested to me Galvanize and its services.
Galvanize Counselors shortlisted all the universities according to your profile and looked into safe, practical, and ambitious universities, which made it easier for us to sort and make decisions. Galvanize was very prompt with editing my LORs and SOPs. The editors knew exactly what part to include and which parts to exclude. So, with every iteration, they used to ask for my feedback, and they articulated it better.
The admission counselors are very considerate and ensure we get into all the universities that we target. I am very thankful to Galvanize for all their help and concern; they have dedicatedly worked towards choosing the best for my profile.

I am Sushant Bhatt. I finished my master's in Management Studies, and I work as a Software Engineer and a front-end developer. I feel that by going abroad, I can attain deeper knowledge in my field and enhance my career and financial prospects.
I had heard about Galvanize through media and advertisements like Quora. I have also seen the vocabulary app on Google Play and Quora. When I thought of pursuing my master's, I had a lot of doubts. So, I did some research online, checked the website, and read the testimonials for the GRE and Admission Counseling. I had some doubts about the distance as I am from Mumbai. But, the team from Galvanize promised to make it possible. They also offered me a GRE prep course along with the admissions. This pretty much convinced me to go with Galvanize.
The GRE providers usually stick to the course plan, but Galvanize extended the course, and I considered that a grand gesture. I had a mock test, and they extended it for a few days. My experience with Galvanize was great, and the best thing was the admission counseling. The process was excellent, and the information that they provided was very useful. They respond in short notice to my doubts. As and when I posted queries, they responded within the office hours, especially when I needed them.
The profile evaluation was good. I provided all the necessary documents that my counselor asked for. So based on my qualifications, experience, and GPA, they made a university shortlist based on my interest. They asked my opinion, and considering all of that, they finalized some universities. Galvanize helped me with 6 universities. It was divided into safe and moderate universities. When I wanted to add some universities, they gave great suggestions on whether to choose the universities or not. After the shortlisting also, I did some research about the university and then I realized counselors helped me a lot.
Drafting the Statements of Purpose (SOP) and Letters of Recommendation (LOR) was an exhaustive process. The editor did not leave a single area. I required three or four hours to fill out the questionnaire. But, it was required to portray my profile. After the initial draft, I had to just read and give reviews to add some details and exclude others. I didn't need many iterations. The final SOPs and the LORs were very good.
When I started this journey, I did not know the process. It was good to have Galvanize to guide us. It is not that the information is not available. But, it is scattered and challenging to assemble and access.
I would highly recommend the Admission Counseling. Then, the methods to approach the GRE were also great. The flexibility in time is commendable. If we give them the plan, they plan our schedule accordingly.

I am Sushant and I work as a research scientist with the Govt of India. I wished to study in a conducive global environment with healthy competition, to better my skills ( technical, interpersonal, and managerial ) to have good career prospects. I searched in Google and found Galvanize for the test prep and admissions. I applied to various Universities (eighteen to nineteen). I also got admission to Universities like Michigan, South California, Duke University, and University College, London. & many other Universities. These are my admits. I have chosen Columbia University. I applied to two/three specializations in different Universities and now I am taking the Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
I was working in a Government Organization and was getting decent pay and it was a secure job. But, my brother had an MBA from a reputed college and I also wanted to improve my career by pursuing a Master’s degree. My current job is very safe but in terms of learning, I don’t find anything interesting. Initially, I was reluctant to decide on this decision as I was also promoted but it took 8 to 9 months to decide and gave my GRE thinking that if I got admission to top Universities, would leave my job. The GRE prep content was pretty good but I did not take GRE as my deadlines were nearing. I scored good scores in diagnostic tests as well.
The Galvanize website was quite clear. It asked me to provide my details and then I got a call back. The person who spoke to me explained the process clearly and asked for details like my strengths and drawbacks. After reading the reviews, I gained the trust and took this course and proceeded with Galvanize.
I thought of preparing for my M.BA. or M.S., so I talked to some people and they told me the visa process will be difficult. The entire process was confusing. I also didn’t have much time after my working hours. For this reason, I have to take online coaching as not many of my peers know about this process. I wanted proper coaching for the GRE and admissions. Then, I did research and found Galvanize to help me out.
I was preparing for the GRE and started missing out on University deadlines because I started my GRE prep very late. I thought I should prepare for TOEFL and focus on my documents as my resume was diverse. I had research papers, leadership, and NGO experience, so I did not focus on the GRE but only focussed on TOEFL and documents.
Initial university shortlisting was prepared and I chose 18 to 20 Universities. My Counselor and I finalized 12 to 13 Universities from that list. The counselor suggested I have some safe Universities. But, I was focused on choosing the ambitious ones and even if I didn’t get the admission I thought I could wait for the next season as I have a job in hand. I didn’t want to take risks by giving up a good job without getting into the ambitious University. Most of the Universities we finalized were ambitious and we went ahead with the documentation process.
LORS was well drafted. The questions were very detailed. I just retained the draft given by Galvanize. I made small changes to the course titles. My professor also said that the LOR was well drafted. I communicated my doubts and queries through the mail. I also felt that the WhatsApp group was very useful. I got reminders and doubts were clarified. The GRE had a different portal and admissions had a different portal. It was quite easy to navigate the portal.
I recommend Galvanize to my teammates as they are also preparing for the M.S. Overall, I am happy with Galvanize.

I did Bachelor’s in Architecture. I was working for four years and thought of doing a Master’s post that. I heard that to study abroad, there are lots of exams to proceed, like the GRE and TOEFL. I thought of preparing well for that, and I tried to download loads of applications but randomly stumped on Galvanize vocabulary app.
I got a call from the Marketing team explaining the admissions process. I was convinced and understood the importance of the process. They gave me a deeper understanding of how much effort it takes to put into this. I visited Galvanize website; it was very transparent and clear.
I was very satisfied with the amount I paid for this process. Right from the start, I felt that this was a proper safe place where I could exchange my idea, and they would nurture the idea and take it to a better place and shape. My counselor was super-supportive. He was very knowledgeable and informative about this process and helped me through the whole thing. The University shortlisting was well-organized. I took a package where I can apply to 8 Universities. After discussions with the team, I found that these University selections were perfect with a mix of safe, realistic, and ambitious universities.
Furthermore, I felt the best part about this whole process was the SOP drafting. We had three iterations, and it just highlighted my strengths and beautifully portrayed my profile. The process was elaborate with perfect detailing.
I will definitely recommend Galvanize to my peers!

I have a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications. In my third year, I started working on various software products and developed an interest in software. I applied for my placement in the fourth year and got placed early despite being from a non-CS background. The two years of work made me realize that I need to upskill in this domain and attain foundational knowledge. I believe an M.S. from the U.S. would be helpful considering the job opportunities in the US. I also wished to go abroad for financial stability and to work in MNCs on a global platform.
I wanted to apply but I couldn’t express myself so well in writing. I started looking for consultancies that would help in going forward with the process and I learned about Galvanize through a webinar. I saw a few testimonials and YouTube videos. I wanted someone to guide me through the process and when I went through the website, I understood that I would get the help I needed. The portal also looks good.
The university shortlisting was the first procedure. My counselor and I had a detailed conversation through a meeting. I shared all my interests and my background. Considering all of these, a list of universities that aligned with my interests was given to me and then together we finalized 6 universities. I chose 4 ambitious and 2 safe universities and I was satisfied with my list. Her advice on doing pre-requisite courses as I am shifting the stream was also helpful.
I provided the content for my resume. I had three iterations but I was happy with the first iteration itself. I didn’t have any changes. The resume was perfect and it was done pretty quickly. I had my documents ready in just a week. I had five iterations for my Statement of Purpose (SOP) as it was an important document. After two iterations, I found it to be awesome. I was very much satisfied and the content was very rich. I was happy that my profile and my content were used and rephrased in the best possible way. After the first iteration, the editor had also given me ideas and suggestions to include new points.
They were very prompt about the deadlines. I have not faced any deadline issues even once. Every draft was given before 15 or 20 days. The questionnaire for SOP and the Letters of Recommendation was similar. I was given the Google Doc on my very first day of enrolling. The questions asked made me think about my career and my goals which I had not done enough.
There will be many students who are good and they will not be able to present that in the paper. I faced the same issue. The quality of the content is important along with the GRE and IELTS. These things matter and at Galvanize I received help with all these aspects. Planning is equally important as it is a very long journey.
The team at Galvanize is very active and the whats app group is also responsive. The team interacted very well.

My name is Niharika Naveen, I am from Bengaluru. I am in the 12th grade, the second pre-university college in Karnataka since I am doing the State board. I aspire to major in Aerospace Engineering. I worked with Galvanize for both my SAT and my TOEFL. I got a 1460 on my SAT and a 114 on my TOEFL.
So far, I have heard back positively from three universities in the US, the University of California San Diego, the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and the University of Washington !! I got into all three for Aerospace Engineering.
The entire admissions process has been lovely. I think it was very systematic how the whole thing was approached. Right when I started my study abroad preparatory journey, they recommended that I do a research project, and they have partnerships for that as well. So, it's very good that they have partnerships for different things that cater to making your profile better.
I am very thankful for the admissions counseling that I received. My counselor was great with me. She has been supportive, encouraging, and even critical when required. My counselor was very prompt and accessible. Every time I had a question or panicked about something, I would message her, and she would reply in an hour or so. Without her help, I don't think I could have managed to do this whole thing on my own.
The editorial support service was excellent. The Edidate portal was a great idea because there are modules for each university, and first, you have to enter information about yourself. Subsequently, with the editor's help, I decided on essay prompts and the appropriate experiences that would comprehensively answer the essay prompts. I am thankful to the editor for ensuring the essays reflected my personality. I had no difficulty updating everything on the portal. The editor helped me identify what I have to cater to in each essay so that the admission committee of universities sees me for who I am.
All in all, communication on the Galvanize portal has been very easy. They catered to what I asked for, and they took my interest and my passion into consideration, whether it was in selecting the university or whether it was in helping me build my essays.
My parents are delighted. They are happy with how everything went. My mom was very involved in the process, She would look at the content I wrote, and she would help me write content for the essays as well. My mom was most of all happy with the research. We didn't know much about tuition costs or other expenses and had only a basic idea of the kind of university they wanted me to attend. So, I think the fact that Galvanize was able to offer those resources was very helpful.
I was helped by two teachers for my SAT prep. Both of them were very prompt, and they would give me weekly worksheets to make sure I was up to date on the concepts. They helped me revise concepts that I was weak at and gave me material. They gave me critical feedback on all my mock tests. They would give me a detailed analysis of the mock tests, which I think is very important if you have to identify where you are going wrong and help yourself improve. The TOEFL was more of a self-study thing. I liked how it was organized. It's divided into different modules, such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening modules. I did very well on my TOEFLs even though I studied for only a couple of weeks. I received prompt feedback from my teachers on the full-length tests. The feedback is helpful and critical and helps you pinpoint where you are going wrong.
My advice for all those aspiring to study abroad would be that you take one step at a time, do not rush things, take your time and consider feedback to help yourself look better, and do as much as you can to make your profile look better in that short amount of time. Do get started as early as you can because you don't want to rush.
I am glad I chose Galvanize since it's great that it's not just admission counseling but everything around it. It's lovely that you offer everything you need for undergraduate or graduate admission; whether it be an SAT, TOEFL, or GRE requirement, you are offering something to help. My experience with Galvanize has been great!

Parent's Testimonial:
My sister's son was applying for a master's, and my sister utilized a part of your services for her son's application. So that's how we got to know about Galvanize.
It's been a great journey with Galvanize. The counseling services were very helpful. It was quite seamless, and the Counselor would fix up meetings. We also had a WhatsApp group where we would coordinate. She was directly talking to my daughter, who is in 12th. They discussed what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, and what are the timelines. The Counselor would keep a clear view of what needs to be done and get it executed accordingly. So, between the two of them, we, as parents, had minimal interaction unless I wanted to be present. For any issues faced by my daughter, she would directly check with the Counselor.
We will definitely recommend Galvanize to our friends. Due to the pandemic, we have all gotten used to online platforms. Earlier, there was a system where we needed to physically meet to get this going. But now it doesn't make a difference that you guys are based in Chennai, and we are in Gurgaon, Delhi. So, I think that's no longer a barrier. So, next year, of course, if our friends and acquaintances ask us, absolutely we will be recommending Galvanize, without a doubt.
Student's Testimonial: In terms of the college that I have finally selected, I am going to the University of Toronto. I am quite happy with all the applications, like how mom also said that, at least in Canada, we got through everywhere that we applied. I have got in with a significant scholarship as well. So, I'm quite happy with the results that we have got, at least in Canada.
I am happy and thankful to my Counselor for all the guidance. She responded promptly and resolved all my doubts, and she was always available during work hours. So, that way it was a very good experience.
Similarly, the editorial services were prompt and professional. The essays, through the platform, made it very simple to keep track of all our drafts because there were so many different drafts that we had for every essay. So, it made it simpler to have a commonplace. Once I am done, I know I have to upload it there, and my editorial advisor sends it back with comments for revisions, so that made it much simpler to get to the end of the process and finalize the essays.
Right now, I am very focused on my undergraduate program. I wish to get good internships and make the best use of every opportunity. I am very grateful to Galvanize for helping me in my study abroad journey.

My name is Raihan. I am going to Massachusetts University to study Economics major. I will get into the fall semester. I aspire to become an entrepreneur just like my father. It was my father’s dream to send me abroad and when I studied in 10th grade, he told me to work harder to chase my dreams. I got to know Galvanize from one of my family friends who had gone to the U.S. through Galvanize admissions.
I enrolled with Galvanize only for admission and TOEFL exam preparation. I used the resources. I started with TOEFL prep. The materials were super helpful. I would give 9 on 10. It gave me all the concepts that I needed. The practice papers were very helpful and the videos helped me tackle each question of the 4-hour tiring exam.
As for the admissions, my counselor was super helpful. We worked together. The essays were too good and she gave continuous feedback on my input. She made my essays better and I also improved my essay-writing skills through this process. I told her my aspirations, and my long-term, and short-term goals. She suggested taking the courses relevant to the subject that I apply. While shortlisting universities, she gave me insights on how to do that based on my interest, safety, and other important aspects. This was a good experience.
My parents are super happy and supportive. When I got the acceptance letter along with a little scholarship which was a cherry on the ice. My family is happy and excited to move to the next phase of my life. I chose the US specifically because my family is there and especially during my undergraduate phase, I might need a little help during emergencies. I can choose another country for my master's as I might be much older to tackle things.
The mentors helped me fill out the documents. The documents were done in a good manner. The portal for my TOEFL prep was awesome. The UI was too good. The essays were made as drafts and the portal was easy to navigate. The course managers were helpful as I clarified my doubts through the whats app group. I have already suggested two of my juniors Galvanize.

Robotics Engg.,
I am Sanjith and I am going to pursue my Robotics at Arizona State University. I enrolled with Galvanize and they gave me good guidance on how I should apply to universities. I have always been fascinated by the thought of studying in the U.S. because of the new Technologies they uncover. US Universities provide a lot of opportunities for students and have world-class facilities. From the start, I wanted to pursue my graduation only in the U.S. and Galvanize turned my dream into a reality now.
I had a different profile. After my tenth grade, I took a Diploma. It is a three-year course and it is more like a pre-engineering and this was new to Galvanize. But, despite this Galvanize tried hard to analyze my profile and get me admission. I used to go to a lot of Robotic competitions since my school days, one of my mentors suggested Galvanize to me as he knew many students from there were willing to go abroad. Since he recommended it, I didn’t have any second thoughts.
Galvanize gives a great sense of freedom and they make us understand the importance of choosing the right universities. Galvanize is very realistic in terms of admission. So, this makes me recommend Galvanize to everyone. I didn’t have much prep for the SAT exam. I just prepared for one month and I scored 1140. The class sessions were great. English mentors were kind and very supportive till the end. I had my semester exams so I missed a few classes but, they were patient enough to prepone and postpone meetings. They were very supportive along these lines. Their knowledge was also excellent.
The admission counselors supported me throughout the process. Right from the UC process till my visa process, they were very supportive and answered all my queries. They guided every step and notified the important dates and deadlines. All the expert advice gained me this admission. The editor was so kind and patient. She drafted all my essays beautifully. She took the utmost care to frame all my sentences incorporating all my strong points. Even if deadlines are closer, she would carefully draft all the essays with utmost perfection.
In all, I would recommend every aspirant to choose Galvanize for both SAT and admission counseling.

I am Ashish and I live in Aurangabad, India. I did my Mechanical Engineering at APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. I am working as a Senior Engineer at Verok Ltd. Fortunately; I received admission to the University of Derby in the UK, where I will be pursuing my master’s in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering.
The reason why I chose admissions counseling with Galvanize is that they have a proper structure and curriculum for how the process of admission takes place in most universities. They explained to me clearly through the student webinar sessions, and I understood how the admission process takes place. Galvanize shortlisted very good universities for me.
At any point of time during the journey, the team supported me throughout my application process. The team is very professional and experienced, and my overall experience was astounding.
The documentation was excellent, and I am very thankful to the Galvanize team for drafting my essays. Galvanize has been instrumental in my journey from GRE preparation to securing admission. Their services, including university shortlisting, SOP tailoring, and LOR tailoring, were pivotal in helping me gain acceptance. Additionally, the Galvanize GRE course played a significant role in boosting my score from 291 on my first attempt to 309 on my second attempt. This improvement would not have been possible without their course.
Throughout the process, the whole team remained in constant contact, providing invaluable support and guidance. I am immensely grateful for their assistance.

Most of my friends opted for Galvanize for their GRE prep. A representative who contacted me provided an overview of the plan, explaining how it works and how I can make the most of the course. After discussing with that person and inquiring with my friends, I decided to join the course offered by Galvanize.
I have always wanted to study at one of the colleges renowned worldwide for a specific area of research. Most of the top colleges that align with my field of interest are located abroad, mostly in the USA. This presents me with numerous options for proceeding with my career.

I heard about Galvanize GRE Prep from my friend. My aspirations for pursuing education overseas are driven by the desire for enhanced opportunities and research experiences. I aim to study at a top university where I can access superior facilities, engage with renowned research personalities, and immerse myself in a diverse cultural environment. This step is crucial for my academic and personal growth, aligning with my goals for excellence in my field.
When it comes to GRE Prep, I can assure you that Galvanize does its job quite well. On my very first attempt, I was able to get a GRE Score of 333/340 (V:165+Q:168) with the help of Galvanize.
Here’s why I liked Galvanize:
I took the 60-day crash course, which was really cheap compared to other programs like GREedge or Magoosh.
They had a whole study plan for the next 60 days made for me based on the target I put up in the beginning so that I didn’t have to waste my time making one.
You’ll have your own WhatsApp group in which you can seek any help you want. They usually respond immediately.
If you have any doubts during the lessons, you can post them directly in the discussion tab, and you are most likely to get a reply within 24 hours.
They make you give short tests almost every day, which made me get accustomed to the actual test from the beginning. They also give detailed analytics of your performance after every test.
Mock Tests: You’ll get a package of 5 mock tests, each of them including the AWA sections and also the experimental section, which means you’ll get five real test experiences. You’ll get personalized feedback for each test (one or two days after taking the test), and you’ll know your weak and strong points. They’ll give you tips to improve according to your performance on the test. They also score you on the AWA part on each test, although you’ll get personalized feedback for only the 3rd test.
If you can’t find enough motivation for preparations and lag on the study plan, then don’t worry; their constant phone calls will keep motivating you.
I scored 305 on the diagnostic test, and after 60 days, I scored 333, which is a massive 28-mark jump. So, I would definitely recommend Galvanize to everyone.

After I gave my GRE, I started looking out for some good Counseling Agencies for admission counseling and also started reading reviews available on the web. That is where I came across Galvanize.

To summarize, the entire admission process usually becomes very complex. But mine went very smoothly, all thanks to Galvanize. If I just look back, I feel that I am really lucky to come across Galvanize, and with their help, I got some decent admissions.

I am Suchitha and I graduated from VIT Institute, Vellore. Pursuing MBA abroad just seemed perfect because of the opportunities and exposure available there. I am very happy to say that I have received four admits as of now and am waiting for the decisions of two universities.
I enrolled with Galvanize for their Admissions Counseling services. As a working professional, it was very difficult to find time to research universities and compare them to sort them out as per your criteria. My experience with university shortlisting with the help of Galvanize was very good. My Counselor helped in shortlisting the universities by taking my preferences into account and shortlisted 12 universities. Of those 12, I shortlisted 6 Universities. So, this entire process reduced my burden and made my work very smooth.
The documentation process is very systematic and organized at Galvanize and they did a wonderful job with my application. I had to give inputs on my document and they would give feedback for the same and suitably change it. The team is very good and hardworking. They make sure to regularly follow up and it was all thanks to their dedication that I could apply on time.
My counselor was very supportive and approachable and cleared my doubts. My experience with Galvanize is very good and I would suggest students go for Galvanize online admission counseling for their MBA admission process.

I came to know about Galvanize through one of the existing customers. The reason I joined Galvanize is that they are very helpful and their patient nature impressed me. Overall lower cost is also another reason. I wanted to go abroad for studies is that we get more exposure and a global perspective on business-related problem solving, better opportunities, a better lifestyle, and a better platform.
SOP - The iteration process was good. LOR and Resume assistance from Galvanize was good. Galvanize admission counselors were great. One of the best parts about Galvanize is that we can quickly reach the Counselor throughout the process. I changed my Universities many times at the last moment and the Counselor was always able to accommodate and clear up queries at the last moment. I think this model of operations where a counselor is assigned to a student makes things extremely smooth and accessible for the students.
On the whole, the experience with the Galvanize admission counseling service was good. Scored 7.5/10 A good job done by the editing team, however, there can be effort put into helping the students refine their story, connecting the various parts of their experiences to build their application. I feel the iteration process added to this story-defining part with a marking system for each story would work well here. The iterations will also allow students to research more into their goals and the overall admissions process to the Universities they opt for.
Overall experience with Galvanize, Great pricing, Good shortlisting, editing, and especially “Story Defining” can use more work. Excellent support even for the visa process.
For your fellow aspirants, Get to work early. Do your research. Ask questions, the more you ask, the more the overall process improves and the more everyone learns. Take your time and don't be in a hurry.
Visa assistance was great. The counselor was super helpful, as always. I would recommend Galvanize to anyone because it’s Cost-effective. Great support.
